Our talented therapists primarily focus on the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands using therapeutic techniques. In a study published in the International Journal of Neuroscience, subjects were given a 15 minute massage twice a week for 5 weeks. The results were compared against a control group and showed enhanced alertness, greater speed and accuracy on math computations, reduced anxiety, lower cortisal levels, and lower job stress for the massage group.1 A study published in the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science evaluated the effectiveness of an on-site chair massage therapy program in reducing anxiety levels in 18 employees in an organization that was downsizing.
